Do not give up on any student, ever. Figure out how to teach every student well. Set expectations for yourself, your peers, and your students impossibly high. And then meet them. In short? Change lives. Sherre doesn’t just talk, though. She explains and she models and she guides and she stands shoulder-to-shoulder. She led me through the most challenging and fulfilling professional year I have yet experienced. I’m glad I can’t get Sherre out of my head. She profoundly changed the way I teach and the way I support teachers.
